In any service business, clear communication with the customer is KEY. We want to make sure you know the ins and outs of your swimming pool. From operating your equipment to knowing if it is safe to swim, all knowledge will be in your hands.

Our Solution - After every visit, you will receive a “digital door hanger” straight to your e-mail containing pictures, chemical readings and adjustments, an overview of equipment, and how long until it is SAFE to swim! We take chemical safety very seriously at Peppermint Pools. It is our goal to ensure that you feel confident that your pool is safe for you and your family.

You will always know who will be in your backyard at every visit - we do not want to be strangers! We will be there every scheduled day and if anything were to arise, you will be informed as soon as possible! 

To make sure that we are always on the same page, we have an agreement that is sent out to every new customer that outlines our service and what to expect. This is NOT a contract. This document is an expectation agreement, as we want to be as clear as possible with our customers.
